citestR 0.1.1 (2026-03-23)

• Exported has_server() so that @examplesIf guards use :: instead of :::, as required by CRAN policy.
• Replaced \dontrun{} with @examplesIf interactive() in installation function examples (install_backend(), update_backend(), uninstall_backend()) so that package-installing examples never run during R CMD check.
• Tested on Windows (R-devel) via devtools::check_win_devel() and macOS via devtools::check_mac_release().

Server management

• start_server(): Launch the citest Python API server.
